Test Automatic Reporting
Use this check box to indicate whether you want to test problem reporting or report an actual problem for the Hardware Management Console:

Mark the check box to test problem reporting.

Leave the check box empty (or unmark it) to report an actual problem.
To report problems for the console:

Remote service must be enabled for the console.

The console must have at least one phone server.
If the console is configured correctly for reporting problems,
testing it will open a Type 1 problem.
You should type a description in the Problem description field to indicate it is only a test.
Then select Request service to start the test.
Note:

Problem reporting typically is tested during Hardware Management Console installation.

Use the Customize Remote Service console action
to enable remote service and customize remote service settings for the console.

This console's phone servers can include itself and other Hardware Management Consoles.
To configure this console as a phone server for itself,
use the Enable Hardware Management Console Services console action to enable the console's phone server service.
